Something to taco 'bout

The holy trinity of tacos: al pastor, pollo, y carne asada. After putting up our Halloween decorations yesterday, the boyfriend and I decided to check out our local taco cart. Located about two blocks ways at Panadaria Su Pan we found the taco cart we had heard so many good things about.  You order the tacos inside (they also sell a variety of other mexican pasteries, sweets, breads, and tortas) and then you show your receipt to the taco cart dude.  We ordered a cannoli for desert which was ok. We ordered two pollo asado tacos, two carne asada, two al pastor, and one cabeza.  The tacos came fully loaded with a pretty generous portion of meat.  We loaded the tacos up with cilantro, onion and salsa from the taco cart's condiment bar and the taco cart tender kindly wrapped them up in tin foil for us to take to go. The carne asada and al pastor tacos so delicious and full of flavor. The pollo asada... I don't even want to think about it, but not good...
Needless to say accompanied by my homemade Jamaica the meal was quite magnificent. I would definately go there for tacos again and next time I would probably try out the chorizo taco ;)
