Cherimoya!
I saw these at my market and wanted to try them.
The outside kind of reminds me of an armadillo
The flesh is soft and creamy, very sweet with just a little bit of tangy.
extracting the flesh to make popsicles was a messy process. There were lots of big black seeds that were hard to work around.
I forgot to get a picture of my popsicles! :(
